Frederick Douglass Southern III, aka Sir Frederick, is a dynamic speaker, Licensed Spiritual Practitioner, and Life Coach whose life journey reflects resilience, transformation, and purpose.

Born and raised on the South Side of Chicago, he is the sixth of eight children, raised in a close-knit household with both parents.

Frederick served five honorable years in the United States Marine Corps before transitioning into civilian life, where he spent a decade with the United States Postal Service.

Despite job stability, Frederick felt a deeper calling. His passion for personal development—sparked in his early twenties—ignited a desire to inspire others, leading him into the world of public speaking.

Balancing career ambitions with family life, Frederick experienced the highs and lows of marriage and parenthood.

He has three children (1 son and 2 daughters) from his first marriage and is a proud grandfather of four, two boys and two girls.

His bold decision to leave the Post Office and pursue entrepreneurship strained his marriage, eventually leading to divorce, but it also opened the door to personal growth and a redefined purpose.

After working as a retail sales manager and later as a high-end automotive sales professional, Frederick thrived selling luxury brands such as Mercedes, Audi, Porsche, and Cadillac. However, the economic downturn in 2008 led to a career pause, giving him a unique opportunity to reinvent himself.

Embracing reinvention, Frederick pursued training in radio, television, and voiceover work.

His journey into self-enrichment culminated in his certification as a Licensed Spiritual Counselor and Life Coach through The Center for Spiritual Living.

Today, Sir Frederick empowers others through spiritual guidance, motivational speaking, and personal development coaching, blending life experience with a deep commitment to transformation and authenticity.
